Baked Frozen Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g (1lb) Frozen carrots
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 Black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt optional

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen carrots to a baking dish.
  2. Pour in the mixed herbs, black pepper, garlic and onion granules, salt, and olive oil. Mix to combine.
  3. Spread the seasoned carrots on the baking tray.
  4. Roast frozen carrots in the oven at 200C/400F for 25 minutes until they are tender but firm.
  5. Bring the carrots out of the oven.
    Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Do you have a favorite vegetable seasoning you like using? You can substitute the spices in this recipe for it.
  • Stir the carrots at least once during the cooking time.
  • Use a baking dish or tray that fits the carrots comfortably without overcrowding.
  • If you'd like the carrots sweeter, add brown sugar or honey to them before baking.
