Method
- Add the frozen carrots to a baking dish.
- Pour in the mixed herbs, black pepper, garlic and onion granules, salt, and olive oil. Mix to combine.
- Spread the seasoned carrots on the baking tray.
- Roast frozen carrots in the oven at 200C/400F for 25 minutes until they are tender but firm.
- Bring the carrots out of the oven.Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- Do you have a favorite vegetable seasoning you like using? You can substitute the spices in this recipe for it.
- Stir the carrots at least once during the cooking time.
- Use a baking dish or tray that fits the carrots comfortably without overcrowding.
- If you'd like the carrots sweeter, add brown sugar or honey to them before baking.
